My experience with Seneca One was not typical, it was a complicated long running event. Although my particular case was complicated my experience was exceptional. Mr. Stoney Morris made my experience top notch, he was very knowledgeable and skilled at his job always a step ahead. Beyond his skill though Mr. Morris took the time to go above and beyond his job description with his dealings with me not only keeping me reassured through the process but also taking the time to listen and to care not only about his job but my personal situation which he did everything humanly possible to ease as his job allowed. Mr. Morris is a asset to Seneca One and after the 10 months my case required he is a person I would be honored to call a friend. Without the unexpected comrade I enjoyed with Mr. Morris I am not sure I could have gone the distance required to see this case to its conclusion which turned out favorably against all odds that said it may not happen. So thank you Seneca One for making my financial dreams come true and for having amazing people on your staff who still take the time to care. I would recommend Seneca One to anyone who needs a company that will go the distance to make things happen even the long ones. Thank You All for the professionalism and support I needed to get this done.

I had the best experience. The transaction and the whole entire process ran smooth. There were no major issues that couldn’t be fixed easily. The representative, Sebastian was the best. He’s a great guy, and does a very good job at what he’s doing. He doesn’t make you fell uncomfortable at all, and you can trust him with your information. He has your best interest, and will only do what you ask of him.

I have sold portions of my structured settlement with another company and it was tedious, lengthy, and a very unpleasant experience. The attorneys never showed for our court date and the company scrambled to find someone last minute to accompany me. I had to explain the process to the attorney and the judge! With Seneca One, my paperwork arrived as promised, the court date was very quick, and Bob kept in touch with me all the way to the door of the appointment. The attorney representing me had even called several times to see if I had any questions!

Throughout our two transactions with Seneca One our annuity specialist was professional and prompt with all communications and advances. He took the time to explain the steps of all the processes and was extremely patient with all of our many questions and concerns.
